What Is VISIA® Skin Analysis?

VISIA® Skin Analysis is a professional facial imaging system designed to evaluate overall skin health and identify concerns that may not yet be visible on the surface. Using advanced photography and imaging technology, VISIA® captures high-resolution images from multiple angles, including your left side, right side, and center, to measure various skin conditions, including:

When you arrive at any location of Signature Cosmetic Clinic, one of our consultants will greet you and bring you to our consultation room. We will begin with a conversation about your skin concerns and medical history so we can understand your goals fully. 

2. Visia Facial Imaging

Before the analysis begins, your skin must be clean, with no makeup. The Visia device will then photograph your face from multiple angles while you keep your eyes closed. The whole process takes only a few minutes.

3. Result Review and Customized Treatment Plan

Your results will be generated, our consultants will tell you what the images reveal, explain each of the skin conditions, and recommend a personalized treatment and skincare plan based on the results and your individual needs.

Yes. For accurate results, your skin should be clean and free of makeup before the analysis.

Who will perform my VISIA skin analysis?

Your VISIA skin analysis will be performed by one of our experienced consultants. After the analysis, your consultant will review the results with you, explain what they mean, and discuss your main skin concerns and suitable treatment options. Our consultants can assist you in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Korean.

Is there any downtime after rosacea treatment?

Most rosacea treatments at our clinic involve little to no downtime. You may experience mild redness or warmth for a few hours following a session, similar to a light sunburn. In cases of deep vessel treatment with Vbeam, slight bruising (purpura) may occur but usually resolves within a week.

Can rosacea be mistaken for acne?

Yes, papulopustular rosacea is frequently mistaken for adult acne because it produces red bumps and pustules. The key difference is that rosacea bumps do not contain comedones (blackheads or whiteheads), and they are typically accompanied by persistent background redness. Treating rosacea with standard acne products can often make the condition worse, which is why an accurate assessment by a skin professional is important.

As a beginner to med-spa treatments, I was quite cautious coming in. Consultant Tiffany assessed my skin condition very carefully. While there were some recommendations and I did end up purchasing a package, her advice was tailored to my actual needs rather than just hard-selling.

Mint handled the Hydrafacial and Pico laser treatment with great skill. Since I did the Pico laser, my face did experience some expected redness and swelling, but Mint was amazing throughout the process—she constantly checked in on how I was feeling to make sure I was comfortable. Afterwards, both of them went over all the post-treatment care guidelines in great detail. Overall, it was a very professional and reassuring experience for my first time! Can’t wait to see the difference on my face!

I have been to this clinic for a few months. The clinic environment is very clean, spacious, and looks professional. The staff are nice and friendly. I had PicoSure, PRP, and Restylane treatments. I recently had a PCLA face thread procedure with Dr. Cho, and the experience was truly exceptional - far surpassing the results and overall process of the thread procedure I underwent two years ago. From start to finish, everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism and care.

I’ve been coming to Signature for the past 6 months and I’m so glad to have met Tiffany Jiang. She’s an extremely friendly and experienced consultant with a wealth of knowledge. Thanks to Tiffany’s recommendations for laser treatments and support in my skincare routine my skin has never looked and felt better!

I’ve also started my weight loss journey recently and all I can say is Gisela is a godsend with needles - I can’t even tell when she’s doing the injection because she’s that good!
