Yes. We offer customized treatment packages for many of our services. These packages are designed to provide better value while ensuring optimal results, particularly for treatments that require multiple sessions. Suitable package options will be discussed during your consultation.

A consultation at Signature Cosmetic Clinic allows our medical team to properly assess your skin, scalp, and overall suitability for treatment. During your visit, we may perform a VISIA® skin analysis to evaluate skin quality, pigmentation, texture, and underlying concerns, or a scalp analysis for hair-related treatments. This information helps us design a personalized treatment plan, review potential risks and contraindications, and provide clear pre- and post-treatment guidance. Our priority is to ensure safe, effective, and predictable results.

For most aesthetic treatments, consultations are complimentary. For certain medical services, such as hormone therapy consultations, a consultation fee may apply depending on the assessment required. Although it is possible that you have had the same or a similar treatment at another clinic, we take your wellbeing and results very seriously. Our team is committed to providing the highest standard of care and a personalized treatment plan. A consultation allows our team to determine whether the treatment you are considering is appropriate for you, and to review all pre- and post-treatment care, expectations, and contraindications.

Although same-day treatment may be possible, this depends on several factors, including your individual assessment, the type of treatment requested, treatment availability, and the availability of our technicians or medical providers. Our priority is always safety and optimal results. During your consultation, our team will advise whether same-day treatment is appropriate or if scheduling treatment for a later date would be recommended.

Your treatment will be performed by certified and professionally trained technicians, nurses, Dr. Cho or Dr. Pugen, depending on the procedure. All staff of our medical and clinical team are fully licensed and undergo extensive training before providing treatments. We also require ongoing education, regular skills assessments, and internal evaluations to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality care and consistent results.
