WOW! I wanted to share an amazing experience I had at Signature Cosmetic Clinic, and wanted to highlight the incredible performance of their entire staff, but especially two of them, the Laser Procedure Specialist, Ms. Mint, and the manager of the Vaughan branch, Ms Anki. I have never experienced this level of quality in customer service and technical skill as I did at Signature Cosmetic Clinic Toronto, anywhere else in the United States, Canada, or overseas. There is a character limit on these reviews, so I discussed Ms. Anki more in my review of the Vaughan branch.
During my consult over the phone, I received some confusing pricing information from one of the consult specialists. When I arrived to the clinic (originally the FMP branch), I discovered the mistake, and was predictably concerned about it. Another FMP branch consult specialist , Ms. Jojo, immediately stepped in to hear my concern, to assist me, and vouch for me (as did Laser Procedure Specialist Mint). She went above and beyond to hear my concerns and to help resolve my issue. Honestly, all of the front desk staff attempted to help in some way. Ultimately, everything was resolved, by the Vaughan branch manager Ms. Anki. Coincidentally, the handle on the laser machine was not functioning that day at the FMP branch. They then paid for an Uber to take me to a different clinic so I didn’t have to drive, and sent the Laser Specialist (Mint) that I had chosen with us.
I wanted to tell you about the Laser Procedure Specialist, Ms. Mint. I used a specific AI which holds paid subscriptions/searching rights to many reputable medical research journals. I collected information on the proper technique, possible side effects, etc. of the procedure I was interested in. I made a list of questions to interview the laser technician, and interviewed all of the top clinics which offered this procedure in Toronto, Montreal, Boston, and upstate New York. By far, Ms. Mint had the MOST accurate technical knowledge of anyone I interviewed. She had 13 years of experience performing these procedures as well. She actually taught me a lot of information I didn’t know. She knew how to specially adapt the technique to different ethnicities/genders as well (Asian vs. European, male vs. female, etc.).
When riding in the Uber to the other center, I spent some time talking with her. I found a very intelligent and energetic woman who spent most of her free time outside of work studying the newest research and techniques for the procedures that she performs, solely for the joy of learning. She often would repeat how much she loves her work. Her understanding of proper technique, maximizing results, safety, and the avoidance of unwanted side effects was far beyond any other technician I had interviewed. I would not feel comfortable having these procedures done by anyone besides Ms. Mint in North or South America, and would fly here to Toronto from any location in the world for any future procedures, to have it performed ONLY by her.
This is absolutely a world-class clinic, because of the quality of the people who work here. I hope that you can travel here to have the experience that I did. I also hope that the Clinic Director understands the incredible caliber of staff they have in Ms. Mint and Ms. Anki. 10 starts out of 5.

As a beginner to med-spa treatments, I was quite cautious coming in. Consultant Tiffany assessed my skin condition very carefully. While there were some recommendations and I did end up purchasing a package, her advice was tailored to my actual needs rather than just hard-selling.
Mint handled the Hydrafacial and Pico laser treatment with great skill. Since I did the Pico laser, my face did experience some expected redness and swelling, but Mint was amazing throughout the process—she constantly checked in on how I was feeling to make sure I was comfortable. Afterwards, both of them went over all the post-treatment care guidelines in great detail. Overall, it was a very professional and reassuring experience for my first time! Can’t wait to see the difference on my face!

I have been to this clinic for a few months. The clinic environment is very clean, spacious, and looks professional. The staff are nice and friendly. I had PicoSure, PRP, and Restylane treatments.
